I found where to enter the vin for a pcm replacemnet but i need the 4 dig code for the skim so i can put it n the pcm. can i do this or do i need to send this this this  to the dealer?

 Found my answer , cant extract a skim numbe gotta be a locksmith or dealer. so pcm replacement is useless unless ure a dealer . or u get a locksmith out to program the skim, then a vin installment is required also.
